(continued...) Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. There she has worked in the local community with youth women ranging in ages from 6 to 18 years old. Her primary focus has been middle school and high school students. Carmella is also a local and national award winning youth Coach.
Carmella's expertise has been in administrative technology and business communication writing, and is primarily focused on using progressive systems and applications including mass communication procedures and graphic design to help small businesses develop. She also owns a custom home care business. Carmella holds a B.A. degree in Speech Communication and a minor in Dance & Theater from West Chester University.
For the past few months, "Carm" has assisted me in every way possible up to and including much of the website's creation. As a friend of many years, I was eager to accept her support, knowing that she could be trusted to bring her tireless energy and creativeness to Boys to Businessmen. She will assist in organizational planning, strategy, administration and all social media management.
I was humbled by her eagerness to support my vision, where she instantly rolled up her sleeves and started doing! In 2022, she plans to lead the creation and implementation of our young women's program.
Everyday I can count on her to send a text or email with a task for the day or week. She is the ultimate TEAM player who relies each day on bringing the same mindset to work that she has to those whom she has mentored.

Carmella has three adult daughters and four grandsons who ensure that her free time is maximized to the fullest!
